Are you feeling mildly unwell and need a medical certificate for work or school? Save time and money by getting your medical certificate directly from our pharmacy without the need for a doctor's appointment.

Our trained pharmacists can provide short-term medical certificates for minor illnesses, such as colds, coughs, or diarrhoea (excluding injuries). These certificates are valid for up to five days. For your safety, if your condition requires a longer assessment or you experience more severe symptoms, we recommend booking a consultation with a doctor.

A fee will apply for this service.

Please Note:
Ngatea Pharmacy is unable to issue certificates for periods of more than 3 days. In cases where a pharmacist considers a person may require longer periods off work, you will be referred to a medical practitioner

• Pharmacists are not able to provide certification for compassionate leave

• We are not able to provide certification under ACC medical certificates
