Active Ingredients: Jointmed Relief Cream contains the tinctures of Rhus Tox 1%, Bryonia 2%, Ruta Grav 2%, Capsicum 1% and Stellaria 1% in a light, paraben-free, non-greasy aqueous cream base.  
Dosage: Apply liberally to affected area 3  to 4 times a day as required.
