Arnica plus Cream is a Naturo Pharm Classical plus product that assists rapid response to bruising, fatigue, injury, shock and trauma and aids natural muscle recovery after strenuous exercise or exertion. Arnica plus is also available in a convenient oral spray form.

Active Ingredients: Arnica plus Cream contains tinctures of Arnica 10% and Hamamelis 1.5% in a light, paraben free, non-greasy cream base.
Dosage: Apply liberally to affected areas 3 or 4 times a day but only where the skin is unbroken.
Extended Information: Follow the standard "Rest Ice Compression Elevation" for any soft tissue injury. Avoid activity or sport until healing occurs. Exercise that does not stress the injured part, or cause pain, is encouraged. A health professional should always be consulted if the injuries are serious.
